Process Mining (PM) stands out in business process management by using a process-centric approach to analyze digital and textual data through business mining applications, aiming to discover and improve business processes based on extensive data analysis, including newer machine learning techniques applied to social media content (van der Aalst, 2012; Revina & Aksu, 2023).
